The Microwave Truth Every Footballer Should Know

Have you ever tried eating scrambling eggs from a microwave?

How does it taste?

What is the consistency?

Does it taste nutrient dense or bland?

It took me years to make changes to my cooking habits. My microwave went to the tip over 20 years ago. Yes it’s convenient, yes it heats food at work, but convenience and cutting true health always comes at a cost. Just because something does not come up in google as unhealthy, does not mean it is correct. Do we make money from healthy people or sick people? Your answer lies straight by testing it out for yourself, rather than taking everyone else’s word for it. Furthermore, marketing tactics always persuade the population.

The quality of your movement is always based on the quality of your tissues. Nutrition is key. Everyone has their own bio nutritional needs dependent on their ethnic origin or metabolic typing (William Wolcott). Many dieticians say there is no harm in microwaves, but few I have spoken to have actually tried out the test for themselves. They just say its based on the research papers they studied.

Who paid for the research papers?

Nutrient degradation refers to the loss of vitamins, minerals, and other important compounds during cooking and processing. It is not only the quality of the food but it is our bite, jaw connection, palette, and formation of the face. Price/Pottenger cat investigations showed that it takes three generations in order to either establish correct growth or disrupt a being’s growth patterns.

An experiment you can try at home is to put your phone in the microwave and call it, you can hear it loud and clear. The microwaves never stay in the microwave, they seep out. We all have our own innate wisdom and intuition, but many of us have prey fallen to to stop questioning everything in life. We live in our left brains rather than our feeling right brains.

When I ask clients why they continue habits that don’t serve them, they always say time and convenience. However, their time is being used on things which do not support a healing environment, which are based on core values. Our behaviour always goes to core values, many of us have them back to front. If they were working, it would show in our body and natures outcomes. Naturopath and nutritionist David Geotoff described some of his concerns as below:

‘The microwaves produced by microwave ovens
damage the cell wall of foods to such a degree
that the gut receptors are not likely to recognize
microwaved food particles as food, resulting in an
immune response.’ 1

‘Microwave ovens heat foods from the inside out by
the use of alternating current to produce electromagnetic
radiation. This alternating current, driven
by microwave radiation, reverses the polarity of the
atoms, molecules and cells of the foods or waters being
heated 1 – 100 billion times a second. Atoms, molecules
or cells of organic systems are not able to withstand
such a violent destructive power for any extended period of
time, not even in the low energy range of milliwatts.’ 2

‘Microwave technology is used in the field of gene
altering technology to weaken cell membranes.’ 3

Some hospitals do not use microwaves to heat babies milk because of the result of the effects of suppressing the immune system. Yet it is used in every other department. Most eateries, flights and commercial premises use microwaves to be fair. I always ask for oven heated or choose to fast on flights. Making healthier options is always a choice.

‘Heating breast milk, even at a low setting, can destroy
some of its important disease-fighting capabilities. John
A. Kerner, M.D., found that using the microwave to
heat breast milk causes the milk to lose lysozyme activity
and antibodies as well as fostering the growth of
more potentially pathogenic bacteria. Milk heated at a
high setting (72 – 98° C) lost 96% of its immunoglobulin-
A antibodies (agents that fend off invading microbes).
As for heating breast milk using the “low” setting, Dr.
Kerner surmised, “…adverse changes at such low temperatures
suggests microwaving itself may in fact cause some injury
to the milk above and beyond the heating.”’ 4

This is why everything starts with the gut (mouth to anus). Our gut brain reflects our flora diversity and any damage in the gut wall. In embryonic growth, the gut and brain grow from the same tissue.
