Pilates Manchester specialises in chronic dysfunction, rehabilitation and spine care. We work closely with a range of medical professionals, including surgeons, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors, to ensure a fully integrated approach to your wellbeing.
Our approach is integrated and uses a variety of functional equipment and Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, and Garuda Sling, to deliver comprehensive training. All sessions are taught either one to one, duets or trios.
We advise chronic pain and injured clients to begins with a CHEK 30-minute spinal screening, so that we have a better understanding of your body.

Once assessed through the spinal screening clients will be offered a CHEK integrated package one to one or in a semi private pilates group if we think you are a right fit.
