Did you know that the frequency of authenticity is 40 times more powerful than the frequency of love. Most of us need to take off the mask of societal expectations and programming and live in the freedom of being your own authentic self. Most people are not broken they are just not breathing and living in line with their soul purpose. In the book: ‘The top five regrets of the dying’, the author Bronnie Ware worked in palliative care, collective the most common regrets form patients patients. The first one being: ‘I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me. This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.’
Our body has its own innate intelligence, it has already been designed to heal and does s every day. We can turn unprocessed grief to grace with self actualization and self realization. As long as there is spirit in the body, to work with our subconscious, the answer will always unfold. The body is the barometer of the soul. God, spirit, Mohammed, Jehovah what ever you want to call it cannot flow through you if you are not living in a beautiful state.
Human beings have the ability to turn:
- Stress to presence
- Fear to love
- Sickness to health
- Contraction to expansion
- Darkness to light
You can start to bring more inner awareness to your self by practicing nose breathing. It forces you to slow down, focus on you and not be distracted. This also prevents us living in a constant pattern of high stress and survival. When this goes on for a long period of time , the immune system gets disregulated. When you are living in the divine expression of your true authentic self , you wont be able to stop the triggers , but can change the relationship with them. The nervous system and breath go together reflecting with our soul and spirit. What you believe you can do in life, is what you will achieve in your life.
The accronomyn SOUL stands for: State of unconditional love. We are all fractal’s of infinite intelligence. Its our job to shine our own light. Nature is designed to express itself. The flowers and plants are designed to reach for the sun and the sky, we should follow suit and not be ashamed. We tend to shrink and disrespect our bodies because of societal conditioning. The ages of 1-7 years are none as the imprint years. 90% of our coding is created in these years. We create our own reality, from how people around us reacted with us. So if someone continually told you; ‘No, don’t do that!’ You will inhibit that perspective. Just one event can make your innocence start to shrink. We believe we are here to fit into the status quo.
Dr.Zach Bush states that the definition of a doctor is to teach , not to heal. You cannot teach, what you do not own. If your physician or anyone you are seeking advice off is not vibrating with abundance and life force, find another one. Hence we have mismatch or drowning in information but starving in wisdom. Ellen G White states : ‘Too little attention is generally given to the preservation of health. It is far better to prevent disease than to know how to treat it when contracted. It is the duty of every person, for his own sake, and for the sake of humanity, to inform himself in regard to the laws of life and conscientiously to obey them. All need to become acquainted with that most wonderful of all organisms, the human body. They should understand the functions of the various organs and the dependence of one upon another for the healthy action of all. They should study the influence of the mind upon the body, and of the body upon the mind, and the laws by which they are governed’. 1
The answer always starts with love meaning – I, WE, ALL….. You cannot give to another, what you have not given to yourself. Again how we are dealing with life at a subconscious level is always reflected in the body.
