We all want freedom in our lives and bodies, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Belinda Carlisle’s opening song at the ‘Take That’ tour at Ethiad Stadium, Manchester was:  ‘Live your life be free’.

We hear many pop singers express our lives through the words of their songs.

But our choices and habits keep us addicted to a very low level life force and vibration, which means we just go through day by day surviving , rather than thriving. We trap ourself in cage of mixed belief systems thrown on us by parenting and society.  Each person is caged at a level of degree, to where very few live life authentically, meaning reaching the true higher self.

The soul always knows the truth and will react with malaise in the body and mind, when not in line as a feedback system. Treating the symptom, rather addressing the root cause will only result in short term fixes. We are also programmed to believe that we hold no power, and that everybody else is responsible for our health and well being. Mental health, anxiety and depression keep people in their lowest level chakra, meaning they are always waiting for someone else’s approval, when approval comes from love for the self .

We build a persona/story known as: ‘the shadow self’. Your shadow shows aspects of your personality that diverge from your authentic self. Every aspect we add means wearing an extra mask, rather like a white lie, meaning it takes more energy to maintain that identity. Each thought word and deed that you do not take responsibility for adds another bar to your cage onto what Buddha calls: ‘The cage of the five senses’. You must live authentically in your own being your own self, rather than everyone else’s expectations. When you live authentically you will feel free.

The organ connection

Since ancient times, Chinese herbalists have considered one specific organ to be the “Emperor” of all the other organs in your body, and it’s not the brain.

If you said, “the heart,” you are exactly right.

Ask any Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor and they’ll tell you that the heart is the most important yin organ, controlling not only the circulation of the blood and qi energy throughout your body, but also a long list of other vital functions like…

Digestion, breathing, sweating, speech, emotional well-being, mental well-being, skin health, and overall beauty.

Not to mention, your beating heart keeps you alive each second.

We tend to he head strong and head led, rather that heart cantered and heart led. The heart always knows.(Institute of heart math). The pain teacher signifies what we create unconsciously, manifests in our lives consciously.  A huge amount of our pain is actually a projection of the subconscious. Accessing the wisdom in the unconscious is the key to to a healthy life and relationship. Your choices actually have a profound effect on your reality. Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours have an effect on everything around us. Our fear is actually a projection of the unconscious!

Life is structured by our educational systems, religions and financial institutions this keeps us in subserviency. People who cannot take responsibility for themselves are still playing out parent/child archetype roles.  Scientific research states that 70% of the worlds population (Ken Wilbur) is living in the child archetype. We have lost our wise men, our shaman, chiefs and tribes and grandparents who initiated the young people into adulthood.

Carl Jung stated; ‘ If you don’t meet your unconscious on the inside, it will meet you on the outside in the events in your life and you will call it fate’. When we deny what’s going on in front of us with, with: ‘I’ve no time’, ‘it’s not my responsibility’, ‘god’, ‘politics’ or ‘someone will save me’, then we are repressing our innate drive, intuition and instinct that any adult would have for survival in any tribal society. The environment will keep creating what it is allowed, because we allow it, by not stepping up.

An addiction, is any repeated behaviour that does not bring the things that we want.  The more we interact with machines, the more machine like we become. Machines are not conscious. Paul Chek coined the term; ‘The pain teacher’.  We need pain in life in order to change. Everyone should have a dream, focus, purpose and legacy in order to heal. The body is a product of nature, and needs it wants movement, nutrition, rest and introspection. It’s our responsibility to choose what we want to do, and do it. The pain teacher shows us how our powerful our mind is. Sadness can change your hormones, posture, cells, bowel movements and face (Epigenetics – Bruce Lipton). The pain teacher comes to turn you into the person you were meant to be, but only if you take action!

Life is all about relationships, firstly with ourselves and then others. Love is the nature of relationships. Love holds the entire universe together. Our body always reflects our love for ourself. Love is the basis of consciousness and relationship. In order for us to awaken to the spirit within us,  we need something to shock us in order to be awake. If we are in constant state of unconscious bliss (where everything is holiday, beach, drinking mai tai etc) we would never wake up, grow up and show up in life.

There is no negative without positive. Negative polarities are purposely put on earth to stir the pot. Anyone that challenges us, means we have to get out of our unconscious routines that reflect a moral state of an awakened being (the conscious). To be unconscious is to repeat the behaviour that gets the same results, and then repeat and repeat again. We have an addiction to the path of least resistance, technology, machines and people who tell us what to think, rather than how to think. The more we interact with machines and devices the more unconscious we become and stay, why because machines are not conscious. When we all realise that we are expressions of the divine, we realize we are all co-creators in life rather than sleep walkers. Without evil/bad we do not know what good is. Good is only good, when its good for everyone. When good becomes righteous and judgemental then it holds bad.

Pain is in our life for a reason, and if we don’t change it, it will keep showing up till we change. To be truthful, many wont change and the result is pain in every area of life that eventually will lead to death. When a person is not doing what they want to do, they are living with a constant labour of love. Over 70% of the population is in a job that they hate.

What are you creating unconsciously in your life?

It takes on average ten years to show disease and also to be obese, but few listen. You are here on earth to realize who and what you really are. The cells of our body, our body thinks our feelings and emotions are god. So what you think is what you become. We manifest our pain, we are addicted to emotions that go with pain.

‘For something to be rejected, it must first be real’ – Carl Jung

Belinda Carlisle’s opening song at ‘Take That’ tour at Ethiad Stadium, Manchester was:  ‘Live your life be free’. We hear many pop singers express our lives through the words of their songs.

Live your life, be free
Live your life, be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me, baby
You should be with me

[Verse 1] I see you walking with her
I see you all around
But you don’t seem very happy now
You seem very down
I know you feel an obligation
To her emotional state of mind
But this is the time in your life, baby
And you should be having a good time

[Pre-Chorus 1] And if you want me, I’ll be there
To run my fingers through your hair
If you need me, it’s alright
Come on over baby, and see me tonight

[Chorus] You got to live your life, be free
Live your life, be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me, baby
You should be with me

Integrating the body as a system within systems with a whole body approach, is the way forwards. Use the same power to set you free. A skilled therapist does not see you as a machine.   There are a small amount of people who are willing to step up, be the grass roots and the movement to help the world make the beautiful place that it should be. We have to understand the hierarchy of control in order to find out what’s wrong. If you do not understand about looking at the root cause in life, you will always be treating reoccurring symptoms.
