We all want freedom in our lives and bodies, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Belinda Carlisle’s opening song at ‘Take That’ tour at Ethiad Stadium, Manchester was: ‘Live your life be free’.
We hear many pop singers express our lives through the words of their songs.
But our choices and habits keep us addicted to a very low level life, which means we just go through day by day surviving , rather than thriving. We trap ourself in cage of mixed belief system thrown on us by parenting and society. Each person is caged at a level of degree, to where very few live your life authentically, meaning reaching the true higher self.
The soul always knows the truth and will react with malaise in the body and mind, when not in line as feedback system. Treating the symptom, rather addressing the root cause will only result in short term fixes. We are also programmed to believe that we hold no power, and that everybody else is responsible for our health and well being. Mental health, anxiety and depression keep people in their lowest level chakra, meaning they are always waiting for someone else’s approval, when approval comes from love for the self.
We build a persona/story known as ‘The shadow self’. Your shadow diverges from aspects of your personality that diverge from your authentic self. Every aspect we add means wearing an extra mask, rather like a white lie, meaning it takes more energy to maintain that identity. Each thought word and deed that you do not take responsibility for adds another bar to your cage onto what Buddha calls: ‘The cage of the five senses’. You must live authentically in your own being your own self, rather than everyone else’s expectations. When you live authentically you will feel free.
The organ connection
Since ancient times, Chinese herbalists have considered one specific organ to be the “Emperor” of all the other organs in your body, and it’s not the brain.
If you said, “the heart,” you are exactly right.
Ask any Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor and they’ll tell you that the heart is the most important yin organ, controlling not only the circulation of the blood and qi energy throughout your body, but also a long list of other vital functions like…
Digestion, breathing, sweating, speech, emotional well-being, mental well-being, skin health, and overall beauty.
Not to mention, your beating heart keeps you alive each second.
We tend to he head strong and head led, rather that heart cantered and heart led. The heart always knows.

Live your life, be free
Live your life, be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me, baby
You should be with me
[Verse 1]
I see you walking with her
I see you all around
But you don’t seem very happy now
You seem very down
I know you feel an obligation
To her emotional state of mind
But this is the time in your life, baby
And you should be having a good time
[Pre-Chorus 1]
And if you want me, I’ll be there
To run my fingers through your hair
If you need me, it’s alright
Come on over baby, and see me tonight
[Chorus]
You got to live your life, be free
Live your life, be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me, baby
You should be with me
