According to Carl Jung, everything we dislike in another is a reflection of an aspect in ourselves that we need to work on. Everyone is a mirror. We become triggered by each others subconscious behaviours, belief systems, thoughts and feelings. Hence the opening quote.

So is it true? Can love really heal and save the world?

Everyday we have a choice we can choose love the way we choose anger. When we live in the lowest level of survival which is scarcity, fear, victimization and pain we are always in survival mode. We have been taught that someone else is always responsible for us in every way including our health choices.  This is called transactional analysis, where we play the child and the person in authority plays the parent.

But hear me out, is this really true?

Did our schooling get in the way of our education? (Mark Twain).

You can heal your life, the power you seek is within you.  We have our own innate wisdom. We truly are so bionic but have lost that magic ability of intuition, which was probably curbed as a child. When we find creativity in life, and that can be through music, sport, singing, painting, dance and many other forms of art, ideas and spontaneity start to flow.

I want to be clear. I am not a healer, but lead people to a path of self discovery through many different ways. We all put so many blocks and barriers up, including me, that prevent us from moving forwards in life

Everything in life starts with love. Our body is a reflection of the way we feel about ourselves and truly how much we value love for ourself. A healthy uninflamed body will create choices that work for the planet and society and not against.

Love starts from childhood, did the people around you show you love or pain?

Everyone is doing their best with the level of awareness that they have. Hurt people only hurt other people. Our actions are a reflection of our feelings about the world and life. IFS (Internal family systems) made popular by TV’s Doctor Rangan Chatterjee,  is a great away we can understand our reactions and personal relationships in life. Every person has problems, but it’s not the problem which is the issue, its how we react and how it choses to show up in our body.

The simplest things that we do each day can have the most profound effect on loving ourselves. We hide from ourselves using distractions and consumerism to avoid knowing who we are. Silence is truly golden, going deep into ourselves will make an intimate love for the self which we will then exchange universally with others. The power that created the universe is truly love. It is written in all scriptures that God is love. Well if God is love, God is all around us, and if God is all around us, he is part of us, meaning we have the power, we are love!

Love is a true appreciation of who we are. Many will never love ourselves until we have lost that weight, got that job, that car, that top, that partner, that haircut and so the list goes on. Accept yourself for where you are in your life and love thyself.

The planet had a serious disease long before the pandemic. There is ancient shamanic story, saying we chose to come to earth school, to learn and to bring about change. When we make the subconscious conscious, that’s when miracles and true change will occur.

Imagine a life and people being more peaceful, kind and thoughtful.

Astrological thoughts

The Piscean Age and Aquarian Age represent two distinct phases in the astrological cycle, each with its own set of characteristics and influences. We are now in the aquarian age, thus meaning going deep inside and creating our own inner freedom and consciousness. The Piscean age, we were looking for balance externally, now we are looking in balance.

Today is the day you can love yourself,  with no expectation. A world with no expectation  is where you can express yourself without judgement, criticism or prejudice. You cannot love another till you love yourself. The most intimate connection you will ever have is with yourself. Self love is the most important thing we can give ourselves. We will nurture our bodies through our diet and lifestyle choices, according to our deepest feeling of self love.

With inner peace there will be no wars, dis-ease, terrorism, cancer, homelessness, poverty or starvation.

Why? Because we will have made better choices in our environment.

‘The genes load the gun, the environment pulls the trigger’.

A prescription for world peace is to find peace within ourselves. Peace, understanding, compassion, forgiveness and most of all love is what we need to see these changes worldwide. Love is something we can choose, the way we choose anger, sadness, guilt, jealousy and sadness. There is always a choice within us.

Conclusion

Self love is the most important gift as we will not hurt our-selves or others. Love is the bonding agent that holds everything together.
