Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, a desk worker, a busy mom or a grandparent. Understanding how foetus development can influence your spine. And being able to regress and then ascend the faulty movement pattern is essential.

The Embryo State

In an embryo state, the bodies vertebral columns forms around what’s called the notochord and the neural tube. The quality of your pre spinal movement develop around the notochord and the vertebral column.

Pre spinal movement patterns are soft, fluid, wavelike and sequential. Spinal movements are firm, segmental and sequential.

Spinal patterns are the base of the development of the limbs. All the limb patterns orient the limbs towards the spine (midline). And the spine is included in the expression of movement of the limbs.

Human beings start life in the womb. Every foetus is predominantly a spinal being. As the foetus moves around the aminate fluid, it can touch its own body and play with its umbilical chord.

The Last Stages of Pregnancy

The last stages of pregnancy not only develop tone. Also by pushing against the walls of the uterus the foetus develops the head , torso and limbs  in preparation for birth.

As the foetus pushes against the walls of the uterus, the force travels down the spine to both feet. Then priming a spring like compression force in the legs.

Unless the body is addressed as integrated system my experience is that the pain will either reoccur or be transmitted somewhere else. This is until we pay attention and take action.
