1. Four 60 minute flexible-spine face-to-face sessions in a period of 28 days. This course works with spinal traction, enabling the client to find freedom in their body, also working on spinal mobility and flexibility.
2. 16 on demand Pilates sequences – focusing on different styles + genres of Pilates, and areas of the body.
3. Nutrition and immunity E-books – Especially looking at reducing inflammation in order to detox the body and build natural immunity.
4. Breathwork and Mindfulness – Breathwork and meditation has a profound effect on our central nervous system by taking us from a state of fight or flight to parasympathetic which is more like anabolic repair. Breathwork and Mindfulness will help you to have a better functioning spine.
5. You can do all this on the go from your mobile phone, iPad or PC. All you need is a Facebook account.

Frequently asked questions
Where are the face-to-face sessions held? Our address is: Pilates Manchester, Cadman House, 5 Wharf Road, Sale, Greater Manchester, M33 2AF.
When are the face to face sessions? Please check our timetable, we advise the classic as they are beginner level, click here:
What does semi private mean? Semi private means you will work in small numbers getting the hands on that you need in order to progress you to the next level. There is maximum of 6 persons per session.
How long is this going to take? This will be over 28 days. This includes 4 face-to-face 60 minute sessions at the studio, plus working at your own pace and choice at home with our online program.
I am pregnant, can I attend? The sequences are intended for post natal women with no problems. So I would say No. However please call 0800-246-1251 and we will offer you something more suitable.
I am in chronic pain and was told by my GP, consultant or physician to do Pilates. Is this for me? Without assessing , we are guessing. Any chronic pain or injured client is always taken through a through in house assessment. So I would say No. However please call 0800-246-1251 and we will offer you something more suitable.
Can I have a refund if I don’t do the challenge? No this programme requires accountability and is for action takers, no excuses , no refunds.
Is this just for women? No I have had many men do both pilates and yoga over the years. This is for anyone who is ready to upgrade their mindset and transfer their emotions.
I work shifts, can I still attend? Yes the recordings are left up as replays so you can access anytime. The face-to-face sessions are at set times each week, so you must be able to attend these sessions. You can attend any of the sessions labeled ’28 day challenge’ on the timetable.
I am on holiday, can I change my class? These classes are at set times each week, meaning you can move the slot, day and time. You must use your face to face sessions within the 28 day period.. If you are unable to attend 4 sessions in 28 days, you will lose those session. All 4 60 minute sessions must be taken in a 28 day period and be booked at the time of purchase.
If I am ill and cannot make it? You will lose that session unless you have cancelled within a 24 hour period, but you can continue with the online work at home. All sessions must be used within 28 days regardless of illness.
