Lee has a wealth of first hand experience with a wide plethora of fitness techniques which he has applied to himself and his clients with great results.
Client focus is his priority and his passion is a performance based approach to training. Examples of this is getting many clients complete marathons, ironmans, sections of the Tour De France or just able to function well in their day to day lives. Personally, his methods have got him to complete the 56 mile Comrades Marathon in under ten hours and finish 4th in one of the Tough Mudder events.
Straight from school he joined the British Army and passed the gruelling P Company Parachute Selection which earned his right to jump out of planes. It was during this journey that he found his desire for health and fitness and how far he can push his internal boundaries.
Lee has established himself as a fitness coach for ten years, which included working with UKSCA certified coaches and his attention to detail and precision of execution led him to his Pilates career which he started by passing the Ten Health academy in London, teaching in Mayfair.
Lee is hungry for learning new things and he has found that Pilates can benefit every single person. Lee loves movement and understands that variety is key for longevity and believes that Pilates should always be included into any exercise programme.
His philosophy is that everyone should train to be able to run, jump, climb, lift and reach for goals out of their comfort zone whilst remaining injury free and feeling better about themselves as a whole.
