All my life I have been involved with sports and dance. I began to train rhythmic gymnastics when I was 6 years old, participating in competitions at the regional level with the team from my city. Later I started dancing in a ballet school and when I had to decide for my university studies I chose what was most related to it and that was the degree of sports science.
During this time I was able to acquire knowledge in biomechanics, physiology and anatomy necessary to program a valuable training. After college I wanted to delve into the field of dance. The technique of Pilates and dance have a close relationship since its inventor Joseph Pilates worked as a rehabilitation and trainer of many professional dancers.
That’s why I was very interested in being able to learn this technique in order to apply it and teach it. I certified in Pilates Mat and Reformer and since then I have worked as a Pilates instructor. I believe in fluid and organic movement always from an attitude of control and understanding of the body. I intend to convey the feeling of satisfaction of the exercise making it personal to the needs and abilities of each person.
