Our beginners Pilates Manchester workshop is the only reformer studio in the North West offering V2 max tower/reformer classes.  The workshop is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of multi apparatus using the springs and pulleys as a method of support and resistance. We also gently take you through the basics of  functional movement off the machine.

Not to be confused with gym matwork, yoga or normal reformer class. The V2 max offers 3 dimensional training using both righting and tilting reflexes.

Plus the six primal movement patterns:

  1. Squat
  2. Bend
  3. Pull
  4. Push
  5. Twist
  6. Gait

With over 25 years of teaching, rehabilitation , sports performance, football and Rugby experience. Pilates Manchester can take you to the next level with our our class timetable below should you want more after the workshop.

THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHRONIC PAIN OR SERIOUS IMMUNE SYSTEM PATIENTS.
